Create Good Morning Habits

The morning and the evening just before you sleep are the most important parts of the day. The morning is the time that sets you up for your entire day. Start the day off right and you’ll have the energy to make good decisions and face whatever comes your way.


So, what you do, and think about in the morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. So what combinations of morning habits can form good morning habits?

1. Hydrate yourself

You lose lots of water while you sleep, about 0.5-1 kg per night. Yes! That much. That's why it's important to rehydrate your body as soon as you wake up. What we eat or don't eat in the morning and drink has a dramatic effect on our bodies. Different ingredients contain their own balance of vitamins, minerals, macronutrients, and plant-based compounds important for our daily functions and can even improve your health. Water is fine but there are higher value drinks that will boost your body potentially in the morning. I normally start my day with celery, lemon, turmeric, and ginger water giving me the great boost that I need.

  • Turmeric And Pepper In Warm Water

2. Journaling

It's important to be grateful for things. The more grateful you are even for small things that you take for granted such as having a pillow and a bed, the more great things will happen to you. That is why I write down 10 things every morning that I am grateful for and why. This good habit will also help you to focus on the positive things in your life instead of worries ahead and from the past.


Other things you can write down are things that you are looking forward to in your day and why. Also, sketch up your day so your body and brain can prepare positively for any adventures that are ahead of you.

In your journal, you can also write down the dreams that you had which often reveal vital tips for your day ahead and information on how you can solve things that you have been contemplating.


3. Deep breathing exercise

You will feel better throughout the day when you start out the day with five to 15 minutes to calm and center your mind and emotions and for greater clarity when deciding about how best to spend your time. It helps us to stay focused on what’s important rather than being distracted by things that matter. less or worry you.

Your brain is around 2% of your body but it consumes about 20% of the nutrients and oxygen that you intake. Deep breathing exercises prevent you from getting foggy in the morning and from feeling brain tired further on in the day. It is as vital as drinking water in the morning.

4. High-intensity workout

Get your brain and body going with an instance short or a longer workout. When you get your heart going you get more oxygen to your brain and muscles.










5. Get a brainpower smoothie

A great healthy light breakfast stimulates your body. If you want a quick and healthy breakfast, smoothies are a great option. You can make it fruity or mixed with vegetables.

5. Brush your teeth with the opposite hand

This will create more neuron connections inside your brain. Eating with the opposite hand, cutting things, drinking and eating will do the same for your brain. Wait at least 30 minutes before brushing your teeth after eating or drinking to protect your teeth (unless you drink water)
