The only way to do great work is to love what you do...

Do you work out of passion or feel like life /work is an uphill battle?


Ask yourself?

- What at the facts of the given situation?

- How do I feel?

- What do I need?

- What do I need to do to change the situation?


Sit down and close your eyes for 5minutes. Take a few deep breaths in and out. Relax your body. Visualize yourself in a safe place. Imagine the best version of yourself or a situation.

for instance:


- A day at work

- A project that you are working on

- An important business meeting

- An evening with your family /loved one

- A situation that makes you happy

- A day just for yourself filled with things that you enjoy


Write it down and create an action plan. What do you need to do to come close to the best version of your future?

Even small steps every day are steps for change to come.



Other things you can do:

- Every morning Write down five things that you are grateful for. Read them in the evening before going to bed or during the day when things get tuff. Add more if you would like.

- Go into nature, forest, if even for 15-30 minutes a day, whenever you need to clear your thoughts, take a minute to relax. Breathe in and out, listen to the birds, watch the leaves dance to the riddims of the wind.
